One of the cool things about being a rock & roll DJ, is knowing that people are rockin in the summertime; at the beach, the pool, in their cars. The thing about Rock & Roll is it takes your mind off of the HEAT. One of those great classics come on the radio and you can't help but flashing back to the days that you first heard that great song. So thank you for listening to the Rick Nash Morning Disaster! May you have the best summer of your life!

Weekend fun at Schlitterbahn!

If you get a chance to go to Schlitterbahn in Kansas City, Kansas; you will have a great time! I took the wife and kids and Alicia from the Pittsburg Radio Station and they had a blast dunking ME in the water. You can take your own coolers with you, so we took pop, ham sandwhiches and chips. Being the Rock & Roll guy that I am, I must admit that today I am a redneck; cause my neck is sunburned really bad! But I do recommend Schlitterbahn for a fun day for the whole family.
